A founding winery of Margaret River, established in 1970.
Driven by a passion for great wine and the unparalleled beauty of Margaret River, the founders settled on a rugged cape where two deep blue oceans meet and a vast continent ends. With limited resources but abundant freedom and ambition, they planted some of the region’s very first vines among the native marri trees.
Everything was crafted from the ground up, including rammed earth buildings constructed using local soils. From this remote corner of the world, they helped shape the reputation of Margaret River, capturing the raw beauty of this wild place in every wine they produced.
